" ... Hello my name is Michelle and I started Sugarplum Catering in 2012.

 After purchasing a takeaway in an industrial area; providing catering and delivering orders to a multitude of factories, I sold the business after 5 years to get into catering.

I am fortunate enough to work from a separate kitchen in my home, which is council approved for all the work I provide.  I love working around food, watching food shows to keep up with the trends and experimenting with new ingredients.
