High tea stands set up with decadent dessert cake slices, home made tarts, red velvet,
orange poppyseed, fudge and carrot cake 



Finger sandwiches – chicken waldorf – walnuts, celery, whole egg mayonnaise,
tarragon and pink lady apples/cucumber with dill mayonnaise/egg with whole egg mayonnaise
and parsley/antipasto with feta cheese


Fruit Platter with watermelon, pineapple, kiwi fruit, strawberries, grapes, rockmelon and lychees
Cheese Platter with gourmet dip, quality cheeses, antipasto and crackers 

CANAPES
Massaman beef pies with potatoes, coconut milk and tamarind paste sprinkled with fresh
​coriander and butter chicken pies

Spring rolls with a sweet & sour sauce with fresh coriander and cucumber
Caramelised onion with crushed feta and fresh thyme
Blini's with smoked salmon, crème fraiche , fresh dill and capers
Prawn twisters infused with coriander, onion and garlic with dipping sauce
Gourmet quiches - cheese and spinach, quiche Lorraine served with a sweet pepper chutney
Salt and pepper squid with a sweet chilli mayonnaise and hint of wasabi with fresh lemon

Twinnings tea box including herbal with sugar cubes and milk

Crisp white linen tablecloths for serving table, 3 ply white serviettes
